Trips to Finland from St-Petesrburg
We go to Finland whenever we get 4-6 people we would like to go. It's better to cross the border on work days. This way you are not going to stay in line at the border for a long time. Appox time on Saturday at the border would be 3-4 hours if you arrive there at 8-11 o'clock in the morning. Sunday night coming back from Finland at 4-7 p.m. would be the same line. So we try to go on work days and spend 30 min to 2 hours at the border.
Appox prices to Finland are:
Lappenranta, Imatra - 1200 rub. a person.
Tampere - 1800 rub. a person.
Turku - 2200 rub. a person.
All prices only if we have at least 4 people going.
If you want to order an 8 seat van it will cost 6000 rub. to Lapeenranta.
A trip to the airport in Helsinki will cost 8000 rub. (or 200 euro).
One day shopping tour to Lappenranta
We leave St-Petersburg about 6-7 in the morning. We take off from the metro Parnas or Grazhdansky pr. Or we can pick you up at your address. For one day shopping tour we go to Imatra or Lappenranta or Kotka. We come to Finland about 12 o'clock depending on the border time checkout. On holidays there is a big line of cars at the border so we go on Tuesday-Friday. If you'd like we can drop you at Kylpyla Spa center in Imatra. We arrive to Lappenranta around 12 stopping at Laplandia, Lidl, Prisma, RobinHood, downtown, cafe.
It's possible to go to Imatra. We take off around 5 p.m. from Finland coming back to St-Pete appr. at 10 p.m. It costs 1200 rub. a person
if we get 6 people. Or 1500 rub. a person if we get 4 people to go.
Trip to Helsinki
It takes about 6-8 hours to go from St-Petersburg to Helsinki including border time. Price 25 euro. (or 1000 rub. a person.) if we get 7 or 8 people going. Nornal price of transfer in St-Petersburg from your address to airport Vanta in Helsinki would be 1800 rub. Rent of a van to Helsinki will be 8000 rub.
